We believe good food brings people together.

J&S Catering was born out of a stubborn idea: that fresh, chef-crafted food shouldn't be reserved for guests with premium budgets. We grew up watching our mom feed a full house off two pots and a cast-iron skillet — and somewhere along the way, that became our business model.

Every dish we send out of our kitchen is rooted in fresh ingredients, thoughtful seasoning, and a dash of love. We make pizzas the old way — dough proofed daily, San Marzano tomatoes, fior di latte mozzarella. We make brunch the warm way — stacks of buttermilk pancakes, hand-rolled biscuits, jam from a local farm in Natchitoches.

And we make catering the easy way — with honest pricing, real delivery windows, and a chef who actually answers the phone.
